Thank you for shopping at Rainya. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ceramic tableware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Time Frame: You can return or exchange unused items within 7 days of receipt. If the return or exchange is due to a quality issue with the product, we extend this period to 21 days.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Quality Issues: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us immediately. We will require detailed photos of the defect to process your request. Upon confirmation of the quality issue, you will be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund within the extended 21-day period.
- Non-returnable items: Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective. These include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
How to Return or Exchange Your Product
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at rainyaseattle@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.
- Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
